The monitor is good in general but a very important detail is that the cable for the USB ports on the back is not included, it is necessary to purchase it to work and it must be connected where it says PC IN.

Bought two for my work-from-home setup. Monitor works well and picture quality is fine for the price. You probably wouldnt notice it if you only have one monitor or dont keep it at eye level but a lean is very apparent with 2 monitors side-by-side. The power cord plugs into the monitor on the left side. The weight of the cord pulls the left corner down about half a centimeter lower than the right corner which I find annoying when having two side-by-side. You can sort of fix it if you remove all tension from the cord and straighten the monitor but it will go back to crooked as soon as the cable is bumped. Its totally works fine as a monitor but the power cord placement is a serious design flaw.

I was satisfied with my old 22 analog monitor, but it was no longer being reliably recognized by Windows 10 after recent software updates. This screen is a little larger (24). Im pleased with the display. Its noticeably better than my older monitor. It was easy to install and set up. I use it for photo editing and other PC apps. I dont use video games.

Not a lot to say here. Just works. Colors are great. Pretty high refresh @75. Using it as a second monitor with a Viewsonic Ultrawide and so far so good. Menus are a little strange but nothing to knock its rating down.

Its really good for the price. I wish I knew the screen didnt rotate counter-clockwise, it only rotates 90 degrees clockwise.

It took me a few weeks to decide what I wanted and I found that this monitor is just what I needed and works well. It is easy to use and the clarity is wonderful! I recommend this product highly.

ordered two of these when we found ourselves in a new location with laptops due to covid. easy to assemble, good quality image (driving them with macbook pro, macbook air, mac mini). smooth height adjustment. base is stable and relatively unobtrusive. even rotates to portrait mode if thats your thing.

The instructions and illustrations accompanying the unit are printed in TINY type in not-quite-black ink, so for me, required tools were a magnifying glass and and a scanner that would enlarge them. Given those problems, ones instinct is to just start assembly, starting with the base. One should NOT pull the cotter pin while leaning over the product; the spring-loaded base tube / monitor COULD hit one in the face! Initially I received an on-screen message indicating no signal. Its not all that clear that the Jog Button controls not only the registration left/right/up /down but ALSO the input choice--HDMI 1 / HDMI 2, etc.
