The first tablet we received wouldnt turn on. We exchanged it for another one with no problems.

Dont purchase this. Very finiky. Doesnt want to turn off. Hard to turn on, doesnt want to restart. If its in a case it acts up. Just a bad product. Should have returned this earlier. Enough aggregation

I lihed the picture. Good speed of processing. Sound ie great. The reason why I purchased this tablet is that I bought a Amazon Flre tablet and it showed it used Android system. So when I used the fire I realized that you couldnt go to the playstation store and download apps. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Mo mo bio l

good quality tablet, the sound is very good with the quad speaker set up, my son loves playing goat simulator on it.

In less than 1 year, it is in Samsung service land to repair the black screen issue which wont allow the screen to turn back on.

My Dad loves this, he uses it every day (hes retired) and loves how easy it is to use.

So far I like the tablet fine. It is a bit smaller than my previous Samsung, but it works. What Im not happy with is the sd card doesnt work in the tablet, thats why I bought this one because it came with a 128 sd card. Works in my phone, but again, I bought this particular tablet because it had the sd card for more storage.

Had an iPad before, but it wore out and didnt want to spend that much money. My phone is Samsung w/Windows laptop. I wanted everything to connect. Fabulous price, connectivity and has great value. I love how it is so easy to use. Will not change anything -- bought the 64 gig with the extra card. Syncs instantly. Even works with Spectrum cable who doesnt always like Android-based devices.
