    This tablet was desired and purchased for those times when a larger viewing screen is desired but the computing of a laptop is not needed. Its quick & easy to use. Think of it as a larger phone and a smaller computer.

    Received this 2020 version of the TabA7 yesterday as a replacement for my 2018 version with cracked screen... Screen is clear. Speed is great. Transfer of data and apps from old to new was easy using Smart Switch. Discovered on opening the box that the micro SD card is included, even though the item description at page bottom clearly states it is not included. I added a now uneeded micro SD card to my order because of this misinformation. The micro SD slot was exceeding difficult to open, and required many tries with the included tool, eventually opening by using a small tweezer. I then discovered that not one of my apps could be transferred to the SD card. Samsung forum indicates this has been the case for many others. Samsung says it has to do with copyright issues. Why include this useless feature? I also found after much searching that this one will not take screen shots at all with hand gesture or simultaneously pushing the side key and volume down buttons. Samsung says if this is the case, a screen shot app must be added from the play store. I finally found a simple one that seems to work. If any more issues pop up with use today, its going back.

    Tablet virtually all set up before I checked the GB capacity. I had trusted I would get what I ordered. Under the sellers (SJAE Tech Deals), instructions an additional email was to be awaited for as it was to contain the paid shipping to go with the label, no mention of the label I had printed from Amazon was prepaid.
