Awesome tablet...very good product...

I purchased this product as a Christmas gift for my daughter in November. I received it today because I live in the islands. There was no description saying that the item was refurbished or used. The table is broken at the bottom with dents and scratches at the back. I am totally disappointed and disgusted.

Work as it should. No complaints. I put a 1tb card in to save movies for trips so far so good

I bought this tablet as a replacement for my 3 year olds 2016 Samsung Tab A (which I left on top of the car & lost.. Oops!), that had been passed down to us. The only thing I didnt like about this new one is that it doesnt have a physical home button, which made it difficult for my daughter to navigate. After a few months, she has finally figured out how to navigate without the button. Other than that, its a great tablet.

This is my second tablet. My first one caught a virus.. (maybe it was covid 19) LOL. I would recommend this tablet highly.
