When I received my s6 lite, the s pen I received with it was defective and didnt work at all. However, when I messaged the costumer number, they sent me a new one for free with expedited shipping and pen nib replacements. The tablet itself works great too. I would buy from this company again.

I liked that the product came as it was described. Looked like it was brand new and not used. Pen magnetizes to the cover as well as the tablet, which is really cool. Can use the cover as a tablet stand, which is also cool. Does not come precharged, but thats okay. Charges fairly quickly. Will test battery life. Tablet reacts will with pen.

The tablet is just like new. Even the accessories were new. Only way to go!

Good product in excellent condition

Ive had this for a few weeks. Battery life is great. Processing seems to be ok. The case it comes with is nice. I dont use the pen so didnt test it. Ive got a few issues with it though. One is the touch screen. Not sensitive at all and possibly not calibrated correctly. On the keyboard, I have to hit the letters in the middle row in order to be certain Ill actually get the letters in the top row. This is incredibly annoying. The Swype is also the worst Ive ever experienced. Always before if I was too fast or too sloppy it would autocorrect to an actual word. This thing auto corrects to complete gibberish. Backspacing faster than 1 a second just closes the keyboard and you have to start again. So, again, practically useless and incredibly annoying. Internet is laggy. Very laggy. My old tablet instantly responds, this has a consistent 3 second delay doing the exact same things at the exact same time. I expected more of Samsung honestly. But as long as I dont need to communicate in any way with someone and can tell 3 seconds ahead of time that I need to input something, its good.

After one month of having the tablet, Im very satisfied with it. It came in perfect condition.

Its pretty awesome for what I payed for it! The screen is in great condition and its very responsive. It was a little slow this one time when I was typing, but I have yet to have that happen again. The tablet does have many chips and scratches on the side, but I was expecting that since it is refurbished. The only real problem was that I payed an extra $20 for the angora blue but they sent me the Oxford gray. $20 isnt a whole lot and so I just let it go, but I just thought someone may want to know that the color you order doesnt mean you will get that color.

I bought this tab specifically for school. I got a cheap blue tooth keyboard at wally world so that I can type and hey its great! I able to type short responses and essays, but I got used to the desktop version of Word so navigation isnt that easy for me. I mostly use the tablet for canvas, word, and surfing the internet. I tested out the note taking ability using OneNote and it works! I was doubtful and thought my hand would get in the way of writing but it doesnt. When I use the pen, my hand doesnt move the screen or anything. I recommend this if youre looking for a simple tablet to take notes with. Its way better than using my phone to check my email or checking canvas. Sidenote: the S pen was not included, but I messaged the seller and they sent our a replacement right away! The color doesnt match but oh well, as long as it works :)

Came as pictured, works great, no lag, my son will love it

I love this thing! It might have been refurbished but it works perfectly aside from the screen going darker at times. I wanted to be able to sketch anywhere and thats what I love about it. It comes with a cover (that I covered in stickers) that magnetizes to the tablet, you can use it to display the screen how you like. The pen magnetizes to the side of the tablet and the cover for easy storage. Its awesome! Battery life is great for me, you should easily be able to draw for a few hours and then check your social media for any new likes on your last piece of art. Even my 8 yr old daughter loves it!
