Greater than one weekIf you are not married to the Apple Universe, this is a great alternative. I personally prefer Android because it is more open than iOS, although some apps available for Apple devices are not available for Android. I use this mostly for music performance and use iRealPro and iGigBook, although ForScore is Apple-only.

They took forever to understand what I needed, switched to several other people, I eventually sent a screen shot of the broken item, then a replacement was sent almost a month later, what a disappointment with Samsung!!!
