I ordered this for hubby for Christmas. When he turned it on didnt want to work right. For some reason it was stuck in demo mode or something like that so I messaged the seller and they were very nice and helpful. They asked me to send it back for free and they would send me another one. And thats what happened. I got another one in about a week and it works perfect! Hubby loves it

Overall works as advertised. The charger it came with is not a fast charger, however.

Listing said renewed, but if it had come in the original packaging it would have passed for brand new. Came in 100% charged, clean, and with no issues at all.

I don’t understand why this thing constantly needs to update. I get as soon as I activate it it would need to update. I’ve had it about 4 days and can’t really do anything on it because it constantly reminds me that it needs an update.

This product was purchased renewed but looks brand new. Not one mark nor scratch. It was an especially good deal considering the price of the keyboard cover!

Love the screen on this tablet battery is good touch screen is great. It is a little heavy once you put the case that closes but if you get the clear plastic case is not as heavy.

La tablet y el spen estan en excelentes condiciones, como nuevo. Sin embargo el cargador y el cable no son originales. El cargador se ve muy usado y de calidad inferior. El cable usb es nuevo. En la caja no estaba incluido el pin para la micro sd.

Ive had this tablet for 3 months. It has now stopped connecting to the internet. Lots of money down the drain!! DONT BUY IT.
