Nothing was broken it ran smoothly but of course you have updates. Battery life at first was a constant charge because its a new product but Amazon was good. I didnt have to wait long, I wasnt cheated about what I was buying and I was taken care of. Not many people have trust buying technology online and prefer going to the stores but Amazons price was worth it and I got a case within this purchase. This is a great device as I love my electronics and have a total of four tablets. I take care of my things and they take care of my happiness. Get this item!

> 3 dayTenía el modelo anterior (galaxy tab s6) decidí hacer el cambio por el tamaño de pantalla la cual es excelente por cierto, mejoraron un producto que ya era bueno puliendo muchos detalles y haciéndola más rápida, lo único que me preocupa un poco es el calentamiento de la tablet con algunas de las apps más demandantes.
