Cosmetically it appears brand new. The pen I received wasnt branded and would not sync after my second use. I contacted Amazon, and the seller responded immediately and helped resolve the issue very quickly and to my utmost satisfaction. I am happy with my purchase.

Greater than one weekDelivery was a big fat zero. $650.00 tablet left at my neighbors. Will not trust Amazon delivery for high dollar items again. Thank GOD I have an honest neighbor, or I would not have the tablet.

> 3 dayGot my tablet today. Has a few marks on it and they forgot the S pen. It came in a bubble wrap envelope with a off brand charger and cable. If your looking to save a few bucks def go for it. For me, I plan on returning and buying new. I have read other reviews, looks like youll be taking a gamble if you get a clean or not.
