My first impression of this comb was that I wouldnt use it that much. After a few strokes though I realized I was quickly becoming addicted to its use. It definitely made my beard look better and straighter. I should have gotten it sooner. I did discover though through the use of this comb that I have a lot a beard dandruff underneath. So Im on to a product to combat that. Also the smell of the comb is stout. Not sure if its the leather pouch or the sandalwood. Either way it is strong. Im hoping it dulls down a bit. I definitely recommend this comb.

I really like this beard/mustache comb that can also be used as a small pocket comb for your hair on your head. The comb and sleeve arrived in a plastic wrap and upon opening it I was amazed at the quality. The comb itself appears to be a very solid piece of sandal wood finely crafted into a pocket sized comb. The bristles are spaced almost perfectly and the writing and viking have amazing detail. I am going to be using this one, but it would make a fine high quality gift. The sleeve is an attractive sleeve with a viking picture and Striking Viking written on it. It is thicker than a #2 pencil as seen in the picture. I think the comb should last a very long time and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to a friend. Be the envy of all your bearded friends with this high quality unique comb. The comb also has a very unique smell that I assume if from the sandal wood. It smells very manly.

Good beard comb, similar in style and feel to numerous others on Amazon. The only change or option I would make is to provide a finer comb on one side. Several similar combs by other companies provide two comb sizes and it is a nice option. What really drew me to this one was that it came with a non-leather (I am a vegan and leather can soak up oils and stain) sleeve which will allow me to carry it in my suit or coat when out and about. I cant do that with other combs because I worry about any oils leaking into my clothes. That alone makes this the right purchase for me.
