    No he tenido ningún problema y he agradecido bastante el software gratuito que viene con la compra para escanear y recuperar archivos borrados, uno nunca sabe. No lo he usado pero ya pasé por un problema donde perdí información y no tuve la herramienta a la mano y creo que más vale tenerlo y no usarlo a no tenerlo y necesitarlo.
