Excellent product and the price is very very excellent

I purchased this product wanting to backup my works from my server, mostly photos, audios, videos and docs. Amazons delivery is fast as usual. I tried the first time to copy the folders to it, there are roughly 400G, I received an error saying there are 150G shortage in the storage, so I made the call to Amazon, I received another one in 3 days. Same error. So I believe there is something else I didnt do it.
