Love the portability and size but after it is connected to my laptop it gets very very hot after about an hour. I have to disconnect it and let it cool down before connecting again. I wanted to use it as a permanently connected external drive to add drive capacity to my 256gb laptop but unfortunately due to the heat issue I dont see how I can use it that way. Going to keep it but until the heat issue is resolved I would not purchase another unit

High speeds ,thin and works on the cell phone with type c and their is a USB adapter to hook into pc.Am beginning to like the ssd experience and San disk is a great brand, lightweight , incredibly so,small in size but packs in 500 gb of storage power punch

It’s such a compact size!!! Easy to carry around very light. Comes with the USB C cord but also comes with an adapter to also use it as a USB cord. Also very fast. Happy with my purchase.
