Everyone complains about the drive being a 512gb and only getting 460gbish from it. Im not a computer erudite or anything so I dont know why it loses so much space, but if your concerned about not having that extra amount of space, maybe you should move upto the 1tb size or considered a pocket hard drive instead . . .

I needed a large amount of SSD space and these are great for the job. Several friends bought one on my recommendation.

If buying for ME, Only these guys! If buying for a client, they get what they can afford or want by brand name

Dont know how they work (I am a senior citizen). All of this technology is beyond me but....these tiny devices work as advertised and I am happy.

Works as expected, plain and simple. Having fully tested these USB 3.0 drives the best I could, I was able to identify one problem. An .mkv file over 6GB would receive an error, file too large... even though a few of the drives had nothing saved on them yet. Im not sure if thats a Microsoft issue or not. In any case, I would be willing to buy again if the need arises. Great price!

Its works for what i need

The SanDisk 256GB Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive is an excellent product and I have four of them. My complaint is Amazon sent me an obviously damaged product. The package was partially opened and the drive is smashed at the end that inserts into the USB port. Plus I paid extra for same day delivery.

Unlike some other less-known brands usb flash drives, these work right out of the package with no bs hassles. They cost a little more, but you make up that amount instantly by not having to waste time screwing around trying to get them to work. Save yourself headaches and frustration, get these.

Great USB stick. Quite fast for small files and then it slows down.
