I use one of these to transfer files between 2 laptops. A second one has portable apps on it so I can use it with several desktop and laptop PCs. The third one has Ubuntu Linux on it that I used to install on a couple of laptop and desktop PCs. All have worked well. I recommend these.

I have reordered these USB3 sticks more than once because they are so dependable. Out of perhaps 20 Sandisk sticks, only one has ever failed, and that was one of the older USB2 32 GB stick that had the LED activity light. The ONLY thing I dont like is that Sandisk apparently has stopped providing the internal LED that visibly shows disk activity. If, for instance, Windows Defender is scanning your usbstick to delete Potentially Unwanted Programs (their opinion!) that you really want to keep, the LED will remind you to Exclude the usbstick from scanning. I gave it only 4 stars as a message to Sandisk. Does having an LED activity light cause premature failure??? Inquiring minds want to know ... Well, this USB3 Ultra [without LED] is a good buy. I will still purchase more as needed.

Good price for a 3.0 flash drive thats retractable to keep my data safe. Glad i found these! At 32Gb they hold quite a bit of info.

Unlike some other less-known brands usb flash drives, these work right out of the package with no bs hassles. They cost a little more, but you make up that amount instantly by not having to waste time screwing around trying to get them to work. Save yourself headaches and frustration, get these.

Its sometimes not recognized by the laptop.

Works as expected, plain and simple. Having fully tested these USB 3.0 drives the best I could, I was able to identify one problem. An .mkv file over 6GB would receive an error, file too large... even though a few of the drives had nothing saved on them yet. Im not sure if thats a Microsoft issue or not. In any case, I would be willing to buy again if the need arises. Great price!

I won’t use any USB-A jump drive besides Lear. Dependable, always keep data and just work. They r priced better on Amazon than at Office Depot. I got them the next day and thanks to Amazon never left home to do it. I shop Amazon daily and almost everything I order I quality and a good price. 99% of the time.
