Extremely fast! I upgraded from a SanDisk Extreme III 8GB 30 MB/s to the Extreme Pro 32GB 160 MB/S and it makes a world of difference! Lag time when doing continuous shooting is almost non-existent. I have tried many different CompactFlash cards with the Nikon D300 and this one has out performed them all.

I purchase this product on May, I did a lot of shooting with issues until June 27 2018, All the pictures that i took from that day on within min of shooting they are gone from my camera. At first i thought it was my camera, but did a troubleshoot with other memory cards i own and all the pictures are there. After reading a couple of blogs it seems as this product is defective. I do not recommend using this product alone. make sure that is you are shooting you have a backup either sd card or wireless online.
