> 24 hourHmm, SANSUI, that’s I brand name I recognize. A quick look at the Wikipedia page for Japanese corporation Sansui Electronics says it went defunct in 2014, but the Chinese brand has run on beyond that year. I recently ordered a Feihe branded 15” monitor at this price-point, and it seemed disappointingly cheap and flimsy. So I was doubtful that this SANSUI 22” 1080p monitor was worth it. But the reviews were mostly good, and I was pleasantly surprised. This is a lot of monitor for the price. I see complaints in other Amazon reviews about the picture quality with phrases like backlight bleed, and matte-finish, but it’s great for my purposes. I like that it has a 75 Hz refresh rate. And I like that it’s lightweight at 4.6 lbs., minus the power supply and HDMI cable, and so easy to move around. Menu buttons on the back right, easy to access and feel out which is which. The accompanying user-manual gives the menu-to-button functions. That will be handy for those who change monitor settings only occasionally. The VESA mounting holes line up. The (other) Feihe branded monitor I ordered at this price-point wasn’t able to accomplish that. The ‘Installing the Base Stand’ instruction sheet has directions for attaching screws to a metal plate, but on the monitor I received, that stand leg had already been assembled, no additional screws included. The stand leg locks into the monitor bezel securely, metal to plastic. But the snap-in connection of the leg to the base (plastic-to-plastic) is not as secure, and pulls out easily, so it’s not really ‘locked’. Although the base is very light, I recommend holding the base when moving the monitor. When I first moved it, the base hit my foot when it fell. The warranty card says there are SANSUI authorized service centers throughout the US and Canada, and ‘for the one nearest you’ there’s a phone number with a southern Illinois area code. The warranty card lists a website with domain sansui-corp.com . I can get to that website on a Chrome browser, but Firefox says its certificate has been revoked. The Service Email has a domain of expressluck.com and a search yields a website with headquarters in Hong Kong AND in neighboring Shenzeng, China. It says ‘Made in China’ on the box.

> 24 hourThe product itself works fine and well but my issue has been the fact that the monitor itself is not even close to being 22 inches like the description says! it’s barely touching 20 inches! i would love to have it replaced soon!
