> 24 hourI used this mount for an 85” Sony TV weighing 110 pounds. Mounting the wall bracket was the hardest part and it was fairly easy using a stud finder to make sure it was secure. I really like the spring loaded clips on the bottom of the tv brackets. The top part of the tv brackets are hung on the top of the wall mount. The bottom of the tv brackets clip onto the bottom of the wall mount. One issue was that even though a variety of bolts were provided to mount the brackets to the TV, I still had to go to the hardware store for longer bolts. Still the best mount I’ve used for my last three TV’s.

> 24 hourThis is one of the best wall mounts I have installed. It’s extremely sturdy & easy installation with detailed instructions for any novice. I have already purchased three & used for 65 and 75 inch TVs weighting 85 pounds. Maximum weight capacity is 150 pounds.

> 24 hourThis is a great TV mount. You can mount it over an outlet for AC and cable. It pulls out from the wall about 5, so you have room to plug in cables. It tilts up and down and pivots side to side about 5 degrees, so you can eliminate glare or fine tune where its pointing. It allows the TV to move side to side so the studs dont have to line up with exactly where you want the TV. Great mount.

> 24 hourTL;DR: works as a wall mount, but you need to buy your own M8-1.25x10mm screw from Amazon (or Home Depot) to be able to mount the Neo QLED TV from Samsung. I bought the SANUS VTL6-B1. The biggest issue I had with it was that it did not have screws that would fit my thin 85 Samsung QN95B. Because its thin, it needs small screws, which it does not provide. Sanus comes with a whole lot of screws, but the smallest ones are M8-1.25x16mm and M6-1.25x12mm.The TV manual (which is not available online - thanks Samsung!) says you need an M8-1.25 screw and that it goes into the TV at a depth of 5-6mm, and then Samsung lets yo compute the final length of the screw because they dont know how thick the mounting hardware is. Well, for this Sanus, it turns out that the 6mm TV depth + 2mm mounting hardware thickness + 1mm washer thickness sort of gets you to a 9-10mm long screw. Great, but good luck finding an M8-1.25x9mm screw! I called Sanus about this and the lady, after a long time on the phone and lots of back-and-forths, basically told me your options are to wait for 5 business days for the screws or go to the local hardware store. I ordered M8-1.25x10mm from Amazon and waited for a day for the screws to arrive. They fit the TV, so this story has a happy ending, but it didnt have to be this way. The Sanus website said the mount is compatible with my model. Technically thats true, but not in a way that a reasonable person would expect - its implied that there would be screws to attach to the TV. Once I attached it to the TV, and installed the wall plate, everything clicked into place. Im giving 3 stars because: 1. TVs are thin these days and it is expected that appropriate screws will be included, especially since the Sanus website says the TV is compatible with this wall mount 2. Sanuss customer support solution to mounting my flat TV was to insert a gigantic spacer that would cause the TV to rest on the edge of a long screw, not to mention that it pushes it farther away from the wall 3. its not as close to the wall as I would have liked. Theres a good 10cm or so gap between the wall and the TV. 4. The wall plate could have been a bit wider. My studs are at 16 distance from each other and that restricted my options for installing the wall plate in the center of the wall, as well as how far I could move the TV horizontally. Pros: * Sturdy * Once mounted its good * Online site to compute measurements based on your TV * Human available on the phone to answer questions * Easy to install (all things considered) Cons: * Does not come with screws that fit thin TVs, particularly the Samsung QN95B. * Customer service suggested hacks instead of a real solution, did not offer to cover any costs associated with acquiring missing screws * It just seems like a wall mount for older TVs, based on the gigantic screws that are provided

> 24 hourThis mount is very easy to install and hang the tv. I like the way it tilts down, I have it on a fireplace over the mantle and then the tilt helps a lot. Easily pulls out enough to organize the cables behind the tv. Also, offers a large amount of flexibility for fine tuning the level of the tv and centering it. I have several Sanus mounts, and it is the only brand I trust.

> 24 hourFor the price, it is good value. Holds my 85 inch Sony Bravia TV. And I like the ability to pull the TV forward to create space for getting to the sockets. One person can now plug/unplug all the cables. This is not just tilt at the top or bottom for better watching angle. The pull forward and push backwards feature is what I like the most. It was easy to install. My contractor installed it in like 5 minutes (with power tools).

> 24 hourThis is the 4th one of these mounts that Ive purchased over the last several years. I ve used them in two Media Rooms and two Living Rooms for 65 televisions. They are very substantial and the tilt and pan features make it appropriate for various locations.

> 24 hourI’ve gone through about a dozen different mounts in my life and yet this is the first one that doesn’t sag and stays parallel to the wall. My tv is 85” and about 110 pounds.

> 24 hourI am super picky about hanging things dead center. As such, I just assumed the Sanus online calculator couldnt be trusted to get the job done. So I attempted to calculate the proper dimensions myself, which was no small feat since the mounts on my TV are not centered vertically, and neither are the holes or scissor center on the mounts themselves. After arriving at my number, I decided to use the online tool as a double check. They were off about a 0.25 inches. Turns out it was right and i misread my tape measure. ... The online hanging calculator is great. It already knew the exact location of my TV mounting holes based on brand and model #, and told me the exact wall locations for a 40 hang height (from bottom). My only knock would be that I needed an intermediate screw length for my TV and only long and short were provided. However, i was able to make up the difference using the ample spacers provided. TV glides and articulates smoothly and beautifully. The scissor hinges give a good amount of up down tilt on my 65, and a very mild left right. The pull out distance is super handy for getting behind and connecting everything -- one could argue this feature isnt important because you should only have to suffer thru connecting once, but i like it. Build quality is great. Course, it is fairly pricey in comparison, so quality is expected. The 4 huge lag bolts to hang the wall plate is a bit overkill; i suspect it was needed for the massive margin requirements for UL certs. The TV is a couple inches off the wall fully retracted, so perhaps this mount isnt ideal for walls where side visibility is a cosmetic issue. My mount is in a bit of an alcove, so i cant see the side. Bottom line: Great mount, great SW, little pricey.
