Greater than one weekWhen the package arrived, it was a small box tightly wrapped in bubblewrap and tape. The label said MADE IN CHINA. Sanwa Denshi parts are from Japan though. I suspect these are clones. I didnt bother opening nor installing this stuff. Insta-return. If you want genuine parts for your fight stick, order from specialty shops like focus attack or arcade shock. Theyre not even that much more expensive, and at the time of this writing they were equivalent in price. Also, a good place to check out is /r/fightsticks You can learn all you need to learn about fight sticks there.

Greater than one weekThe Sanwa joystick and push buttons were really easy to replace. Everything was straightforward and simple. One thing I did notice while replacing the buttons, the switches would sometimes dislodge from the upper portion of the buttons. Once snapped back in they didn’t give me any problems.

> 3 dayThe buttons had scratchs on them which made me suspicious of them been used, also the description said the stick was ready to move to an octogonal gate, that made me think it was included, and it was not. Also, it wouldnt kill you to include the 5 pin cable with female inputs on both sides, that ugly cable the stick has that needs to be welded is just useless for people with the 5pin plug on the board. If you are making a bundle make sure its mostly ready to install, adding 1 dollar to the bundle price with the cable included would be a killer. Be clear, I am not complaining about the brand (Sanwa) just the way this bundle is advertised and packed, not worth it. I got better value buying the stick (with the octogonal gate included), the buttons and the cable by separate, all looking new and I just spend a couple more dollars. As a bundle, this is not good.

> 3 dayOrder a separate 5 pin connector. The one that comes with is only has one side with quick connector. It shows that on the pictures of what you’re buying but for those that have never modded a joystick before you won’t realize you need it until you have everything apart. 4 stars otherwise would have given 5 since they look great and came nicely packaged.

17-11-2024Theyre legit Sanwa, but as others have complained the buttons were cramped into this small box with the joy stick and they came scratched as a result.. disappointing..

> 3 dayInstalled it easily onto my arcade stick. Its quality was good for the first month. Way better then what my Qanba Drone came with initially. Yet it started to break down within the first month of not so heavy use. Ive used it for about three months now, and its in a borderline unusable state. I wish i had bought 2-3 off-brand ones instead of this. I wonder if it would have made a difference if i had bought it from sanwas own website.

> 3 dayThe stick has a short throw, which combined with a responsive clickiness provides a great and competitive arcade feel and experience. The buttons take some getting used to, as the switches used within are more similar in actuation force and throw to a linear keyboard keyswitch than the microswitch and spring setups commonly used to make arcade buttons. They are different, and can be judged on preference, not good or bad. The biggest issue is the scratches that came on the buttons. They look used and were purchased as new.
