Sashiko Thread JUMBO Skein, 100 meters - Color #102 Natural - Japanese Quilting & Embroidery

I had no idea, really, how much thread would be in this hank, but I gained new appreciation for the thread sold already wound onto cards. I spent an hour or so winding this around an empty toilet paper roll. Ive been using it to do sashiko stitching on jeans. Its lovely to work with--it doesnt knot, its very silky, and gives a fine finished project (in my novice opinion). Very good value.

Id buy this again, I was disappointed in the amount, but notnreally, just the photo is deceiving. But good quality thread. From my little experience, its a 7 out of 10.

I tried several threads from my stash and none really worked all that well. Checked with Amazon and they had the “real deal” thread in several colors. While I’m still learning, even the messy attempts look pretty good. The thread makes the difference and worth ordering.
