> 3 dayWas curious to try this out after seeing it in an article and was not disappointed! Very convenient to use. It’s hard to go back to using conventional outlets – should have purchased two for my home.

Greater than one weekThis dual outlet was super easy to set up. I was worried with it being 2.4ghz only and my network has the same SSID for both 2.4/5ghz. It had no issues connecting to my network and setting up in HomeKit. Will absolutely buy some more.

Greater than one week12/27/19 I do not recommend this product. Trying to set up and both the HomeKit app and the Satechi app pop up with a message telling me I have to use WiFi or cellular data to add the product. Triple checked that I have data for both apps turned on and also checked that data is working. Still get that message. Beyond frustrated. (If the company wants to put out a quality product and works to have quality customer service, I will update if this fix the issue) Will return this product if the issue is not resolved. Edit on 1/1/2020: I purchased a new iPad and was able to get the outlet to work on this device, thank goodness as I did not want to return this product. I raised my rating from one star to three stars. My reasoning behind this rating, the outlet does not work on my iPhone X at all. If I had known this I may have gone with another product. The company needs to specify which devices this product work with and if WiFi is the only option, that this product will not work at all on cell data. I double checked and did not see any reference to not working on data.

> 3 dayThis device regularly loses network connectivity...despite being three feet away from the WiFi access point. No network connectivity equals no Homekit connectivity, of course. So, what this means is that the ~$60 USD spent on this is not money well spent--its no different than having an outlet extender. Ive had this device for months, and had hoped there would be a firmware update to solve this. Alas, nothing. This not only speaks to this device, it speaks to the brand as well.

> 3 dayGeared towards Apple users and doesn’t disappoint!! Easy to set up, just remember to connect to 2.4Hz instead of 5Hz and you’re set. I like that it easily integrates with the Apple Home app or the Satechi one and works flawlessly with Siri.

> 3 dayBought several Satechi products before so didn’t hesitate with this purchase. It was easy to set up, just downloaded the app and scanned the Satechi outlet. Being able to plug in two things is a big plus and the energy monitoring is a nice touch. Recommend for any smart home!
