I wish the switch was actually built WITH this grip. Made it so much easier and comfortable! My thumbs were hurting so much until I started using this. BUY IT if you’re not going to upgrade to the full Switch.

If IGN recommends this grip it was enough for me. I have these grips for both my Switch and Switch Lite. And they work great. They feel great! They look great! I love how they allow the console to stand on its own. I 100% recommend it. The only thing I would love is to be able to also use the Nintendo Switch Adjustable Charging Stand while the grip is on. The back of the grip does not allow the stand to be fully inserted in the USB-C drive so, even though it will hold the Switch, it will not be inserted well enough to allow it to charge. Now, I understand this is a grip, so a stand should not be used, but I just wanted to share that with you.

I was really stubborn about getting a case for my Lite honestly. I would think “it would ruin the experience/aesthetic of the design choices made and it would take away from the handheld experience” but I was wrong. The Lite isn’t very comfy to hold (it’s easier to hold then the regular model tho) but my wrists would cramp and my thumb would just have a horrible time reaching for the joystick but this case.. gah this grip is just wonderful! It feels good and my I can reach the buttons without curling or over extending to get to the buttons. My only regret is not buying this sooner. It’s also really light and the grippy bits that rest in your palm have this textured rubber padding for some secure handheld action. I love it!!

I thought this would be necessary because my hands are pretty big. Once I put it on it felt more uncomfortable than the stock system. It might be good for Pokémon players because you don’t have to move very much, but when you’re playing action game like Mario Odyssey, Zelda Botw and Hyrule Warriors, it strains my hands even more. Not to mention that you have to reach more for buttons you previously didn’t have to reach for before, and the joystick adapters block the “-“ and “B” buttons. Maybe my hands aren’t as big as I thought. I thought the Switch Lite was uncomfortable, but these make the console a lot more uncomfortable IMO.

This is a game changer! I HIGHLY recommend this product!
