> 3 dayI got the switch for Animal Crossing New Horizon and Im putting up triple digits hours in this game, BUT my hands are suffering and I cannot play as much as I would like. Although I have a pro-controller, I love playing games away from any tv like when I was a kid with a gameboy SP. These grips made holding the switch so natural and the material feels very structural sound and sturdy. I love em so much, I got them for my friends. My only warning is to make sure you place the switch in slowly as it can go in at a weird angle and the joycons might pop out. It happened only twice without any damage, but still be careful. Would recommend 100%.

> 3 dayThe good: the build quality is really high. The grip feels very solid and well constructed. It also holds the Switch securely so it really does feel like an extension of the console opposed to just an add on. It’s a very well built accessory. The bad (for me): The right side of the grip is very large and at a strange angle compared to the left / other controllers. I know the point of the grip is to create an angle to feel more like a regular controller but for my hand (avg to small hand size) it feels very large, like original xbox duke controller large. This ends up feling sort of silly as the switch buttons themselves are pretty small. The size wouldn’t be so bad but combined with the angle it causes a pretty decent amouny of wrist pain. Because the switch is wider than a controller I find I have to hold my right arm out at a weird angle to trade an outright uncomfortable position for one that merely hurts a little. For me the grip would be perfect if it wasn’t angled. Same left side (which is perfect) but the right side is an exact copy of left or has the extra space but no angle. The included thumb stick attachments feel good but are a little too thick on the bottom and can limit the range of movement of the sticks. I ended up taking them off because I couldn’t push the sticks all the way without using more force than I would like. The grip overall is probably awesome if you have large hands. 4 stars from me because the build quality is so good and I feel like it does what it says it was going to, it’s just bigger than I had hoped. The thing about ergonomics is it’s about the fit to the individual and for me this is a bad fit. If there was a not angled version I would buy it in a heartbeat as the left side feels great and it’s hard to go back to not using the grip knowing what it could be, but isn’t yet.
