Savic Sputnik Small Animal House

Good space pod. The little tabs on top actually clip onto the cage bars, so its more secure than the Sputnik brand I have used in the past. I thought I would get grey with a little black. I got black with a little grey. Not a big deal, but the colors are opposite of what was pictured. I have had this happen to a few of my orders for small animal items, so this may be common?

Used this before and our pet rats liked it. Description says light grey/black. Received pink and purple. I don’t think they care- just wish it was the right color because I have two male rats.

My 3 rats love this thing so much! They cuddle in it constantly no matter where I move it to and they love to make nests with toilet paper/tissues/paper towels in it too. It’s very easy to take apart and clean. I use a 50/50 white vinegar and water mix to clean it and it works very well. It clips to my Critter Nation with no issues. Great purchase!

The Sputnik is a no second thought purchase for me every time I decide I need one. I’ve been buying them for years and they have always been well loved rat-pile spots. This time around I bought the XL two toned grey for two of my ratty boys. Of course they love it.

In a video I watched, someone said their pet Rats loved their Sputnik and so I ran to Amazon to see if I could hunt down this. After seeing the design, I thought there is no way that is comfortable for the rats. This is one of the best purchases Ive made for my rat babies. They absolutely always choose to sleep in here than any of the other places they can sleep in their cage. Get this for your ray, they will love it!

These was instantly a hit after hanging it. My rats use this a majority of the time for their naps. I would say it fits 3 females comfortably but I have seen them squeeze all 4 in there. Overall build quality is great and colors were true to the description. The hanging clips could be slightly better but after you get them adjusted right Ive had no problems with them. Overall I would definitely get another one if these Sputnik hides.

I have a large cage, and have noticed that my rats favorite hides are the space pods. So I bought another one. It is loved, loved, loved, loved, loved. Whether it has one rat, of four or five crammed in (ignoring the other available hides, including the other space pods), these are a favorite.

I’ve ordered one of these in the past for my ratties who love snuggling in them. I ordered a second one for them but didn’t get the color I picked. Good thing the rats don’t care and love them both to pieces. Literally. :)

I have 12 pet rats and they love these hanging or sitting on the ground. I have 2 in there cage but they try their best to all get in one. It is easy to take apart to clean and easy to snap back together, with 12 chewers these hold up well.
