Very Nice handles and super sturdy. They actually made the door close better than the previous knobs. The locks are a bit more secure as well.

My kids were able to break the locking mechanism without any resistance. Upon inspection, the locks rely on a very thin piece of sheet metal riveted to the frame and two very thin pieces that stick up into some slots. If you have a-hole kids like mine, there are some commercial grade privacy handles for about $60 that may be a better fit. If your house is populated with humans instead of wild animals, the action is super smooth, and they look and feel really nice. Update: All 6 of the privacy handles I purchased failed within 8 months. They still have a smooth action, but the slightest abuse breaks the locking mechanism.

Wow, my wife and I are so pleased with these door knobs. They are very significant feeling. They dont feel cheap like some other knobs I have seen.

I love the feel of the levers and they look wonderful on our freshly painted doors. Good easy way to update the look in our house.

Worked perfectly!! We bought levers like this 12 years ago for all our doors and now in selling the house we realized we should put a lock on one of our closets. [a tiny Allen wrench will open these] I was so happy to find them on Amazon for such a great price and then to receive the item and find it was just as good of quality as the handles we purchased 12 years ago was a bonus. I may purchase a couple more.

Im refreshing all the hardware in my 34 year old home.. absolutely great quality and they feel sturdy and well made. Easy for my elderly mother to open and close the doors now.

The install says one tool installation, if you are using it as an interior lever you need a hammer to pound the latch in. But who does not have a hammer in their house these days? My former house had the similar style installed and they worked very nicely for the 6+ years we were there. We liked them so much that as we remodel and update our existing house we are installing these. Total time to install is 15 minutes for the first time but subsequent installs will take no more than 5. The first one I installed is very nice and smooth, the second has a slight catch on it but a small adjustment should take care of it. If you need to reverse the handle it is very easy by using the enclosed pin (used to unlock the door) and push it in a small hole in at the base of the handle and pull it off. Reverse and push on--30 seconds. Gave it a 4 for the time being given the little use this particular model and the one that feels notchy. Update: while installing on other doors I noted this was happening to them too. Turns out that a small adjustment of lifting the handles to sit a little higher in the door hole solved this issue on all handles; all handles move smoothly and the latch no longer catches as it is released.

The quality and finish are excellent with plenty of mounting, strike, and bolt options. A good quality product all around.
