The package I received was a previously recycled unit. Id prefer to receive a discount when Im getting an open box/returned item... As there are compartmentalized and items boxed on the interior, it was obvious that all of the items had been previously opened without a lot of care. I would have immediately returned it but had a broken POS Kwikset that desperately needed to be replaced.
