> 24 hourI hate to keep saying the colors Schmincke are great, but when thats all you can think of to say, I guess you gotta say it again...sorry. But I have been falling in love with these. I have tried many others but find these are far better. Color is true, transparent and so easily activated. Even when dry, it comes back with no chips or flakes! Well worth the money.
