Creating your own skin tones can be a daunting task with watercolor but Schmincke is the only brand Ive found that has a perfect light skin shade straight out of the tube, no mixing required. And if you do want to add some deeper hues, its a great starting point. I love of my schmincke watercolors but this one is irreplaceable to me.

This is a gorgeous turquoise blue watercolor. Its the one Jean Haines recommends in her watercolor books.

Not my favorite color Ive decided. Will use it, but not what I expected, the bright violet by HWC is do die for, LOVE IT. This color is dull, and too much red. I love ALL the quinacridones, but this one. Would NOT order again.

Spectacular color.. not really pink but ultimately vibrant red pink pure color.
