Scratch Coding for Kids 8-12 Course: Learn to Code - Custom Block Coding Projects and Games - Computer Programming for Beginners - Scratch Coding Curriculum (PC, Mac, Chromebook Compatible)

We havent really had a chance to delve all the way into this yet, but it seems to be the real deal. I will update after my nine year old finishes with it and let you know better details.

We have used these types of programs before and this one was just as good if not better. Super helpful and the kids enjoyed it. Kids are 11 and 12.

Ive been working through this course with my 7 year old. She really enjoying the coding process in scratch and will request to play on her own after each course is finished. Each module is broken down into several sections making them short enough to hold the attention of a young learner. In Scratch, the commands are already typed out (but able to be modified or tweaked where applicable), so all the coder needs to do is drag them into the workspace. Thus, the learner is able to become familiar with the order and the cause and effect of commands without getting bogged down with having to type everything out perfectly. Overall, I would recommend this product to someone looking for a starting point to coding.

I ordered this for my son and he loves it. It is easy for him to use as a beginner and I like that there is tech support. This is a great gift to give to any child who has an interest in learning to code.

I got this for my 9 year old. He is familiar with scratch and has used other coding programs before. This was simple enough for him to set up and use without any help. He really enjoyed it and Ive incorporated it as an elective into his online homeschool program.

My daughter has been interested in coding, and I thought this would be an excellent gift for her. The course was easy to follow, and shes able to do most of it on her own. We homeschool, and this was a fun little extra course that shes been doing while were on break. She now has the confidence to go off on her own and has just finished creating a drawing game that she made herself! Im excited to see what else she came make with the knowledge shes learned.

My 11 year old has taken an interest in coding and he loves scratch! Great for beginning coders.

Im not quite sure what this is or what its for but my son asked for it and has loved it and spent a lot of time on it so for that, I would say it was worth the price

The best way to learn something new, is to learn/read the the children version. Im new to learning to code and this program has made it so much easier to get started, very simplified, fun and doesnt make me fall asleep like other courses on youtube. Worth the price for your kids or any adult trying to learn a new skill.

I got this for my 13 yr old daughter. She is in the STEM program at her school. This helped her better understand the things she learned over the summer. The courses were easy to maneuver through and the structure was easy to understand.
