Einbau in playsi 5 war einfach. Alles funktioniert.

Before installing my new SSD, I transferred all my console storage games to my 8TB external first. After installing my new SSD, as we speak, I am now transferring my PS5 games from my external now to my new SSD. After this is done, I will transfer all my PS4 games to my console storage! Happy camper here!! Thank you for the best price possible when it was $500+ (brand new) and was supposed to be delivered to me around January-ish, but just arrived today, 12.12.2022. Now, the price for this on Amazon is $700+. Talk about, timing!! So happy!! Thank you very much!! :)

Its really fast

No worth half of this money. Completely disappointed with the product. Even original PS5 SSD is quicker than this worthless thing. Apparently is good and fast only on paper. Marketing strategy to draw money and I fall for it.

Folks, get this SSD for your PS5.

I didn’t get quite the Max read speeds when Installed the 530 ssd in my PS5, but 6600 mb/s is pretty darn close and more than enough for the PS5 to work with. The only thing I recommend differently from most people when purchasing the Firecuda 530 ssd is to just purchase the ssd without the heat sink. You definitely need a heat sink, but there are cheap but good quality heat sinks available for purchase on Amazon that fit the 530 just fine. I just think the version of the Firecuda 530 that comes with a preinstalled heatsink has too much of a gap in price to the one without a heatsink. If you’ve got extra money unlike me though, it would be perfectly fine to get the pre-installed version. Hospital bills make you take cheaper routes sometimes. As a side note; I got my ssd 10 days earlier than it was scheduled to arrive, but it seems that Amazon was not notified at all, and they’re claiming my package is late. First time it’s happened to me.

I bought this as an upgrade to increase the drive size of my PS5. I just had to have the most recent PS5 update installed. It literally only took a few minutes to install. Once I turned the PS5 on again it recognized the new drive and as me if I wanted to format it. Seagate is the bomb!

Bought this b/c all the PS5 reviews. I finally got mine direct from Sony. Installed...nothing. POS does not work with PS5. Tried in my PC and it works just fine. Went back the PS5, nothing! Junk!
