A couple of months after I bought this, it would randomly disconnect from my PS4 which then resulted in my PS4 having to repair it. This started happening more frequently until it finally just stopped recognizing it at all. I plugged it into my PC to see if it would show up and it did not. this thing sucks im not even going to lie it kept getting loose and unplugging itself mid games or id leave it be then when i turn on my PlayStation again its all like you disconnected your storage device dont waste your money

Awesome purchase a must have for all gamers out there that own a PlayStation regardless of the storage capacity . This exExternal storage allows you to store all your games memory. I now have 25 games and do not have to delete any from my PlayStation 4.

This drive is perfect for keeping your cataloge of PS4 games ready to use on your PS5. The thing to know is it cant seem to store PS5 games so you can transfer them to the console storage. So if you want a drive to hold all your games I would suggest looking at the officially licensed drives.
