Ive loved this soap for almost 2 years, I took a sample bottle from my mom 2 years ago and it lasted me half a year, and cleared up my t-zone oil, very sensitive skin. For the longest time I had tiny flesh colored bumps ( like fungal acne) on my forehead and tops of my cheeks and now my skin feels and looks incredible!!!! I will never buy another face and skin soap again. I can not say enough good about Sebamed. Just try it out, I promise you will not regret it. Does have a very clean smelling sent but does not effect my very sensitive skin, so it should be okay for your skin(:

I have sensitive skin. Well, actually, seborrheic dermatitis, which means my skin is not only sensitive but gets pretty dry and flaky. I also try to use products that dont test on animals. And for bathroom products, thats not very easy to find. Well, maybe it is at Whole Foods but not at a regular grocery store. So, I was surprised when I was at Costco and came across this body wash and that it had the cruelty free icon on it. Initially, I was put off by the label and the name. It just seemed very clinical and medicinal. But I figured Id give it a shot, and Im glad I did. Though Ive been committed to trying cruelty free products, Ive unfortunately found that some of those products aggravated my skin (and yes, I realize its possibly because they dont have the same testing standards as the products that do test on animals). So, maybe a more clinical kind of product is what I needed. Some have commented on the smell. I think the closest comparison I could come up with when trying to describe the smell is that its kind of like baby powder, but not quite as good. But certainly not unpleasant, at least to me. But my focus is on the results. When I used this, my skin felt great. Not itchy, not flaky. Just moist and clean. Having gone through all the products Ive tried with the conditions that I have with my skin, and to have such positive results, I cant speak highly enough of this product. Maybe if I didnt have issues with my skin, Id be somewhat indifferent about it. But it has made such a difference for me, that I am solidly in the Sebamed camp.

The only product to reliably and gently clear my skin up. I was having skin irritation for 2 months after unknowingly eating an allergen and within a week it was gone after 1x/day use. My mom has also been using it and she loves it too!

I was surprised to discover this soap was green. I thought perhaps I received a counterfeit product, since Ive never used this before, but apparently that is the real color. I dislike the smell, so much that Im not sure if I will continue to use it or not. Other reviewers described the smell as old lady-ish. The smell reminds me of the hand soap in a doctors office, or cheap air freshener from the dollar store. I have used the soap on my face a few times, and its fine. No redness, skin felt clean but not tight or dry. I just find the scent is a turn off.

I have very dry, sensitive skin and Sebamed has been wonderful. My eczema on my arms and legs have been reduced tremendously, my skin is smooth and moisturized after showers and the body wash lasts a long time. One squirt on a sponge or scrub with be enough to wash your whole body!!! No irritating scent!
