I have a wired system around my house, but wanted something to use for constant monitoring of my property without having to go and look at the monitor constantly. This works pretty well for that if you keep the USB plugged in and constantly charging. I cannot tell you about the unit for just motion capture, but having this unit connected to a tablet that is portable is pretty nice.

We bought multiple of these cameras for different households and the app is super user friendly. Never had an issue connecting or installing. Unlikely other cameras, this one doesnt have required fees for the basics that you need, which is very nice!

I really like this cameras, easy to set up and also easy to manage them, I like the resolution, mainly I like how they work! If I need more cameras for sure I would buy them again!

These cameras work great on medium motion sensor. I have two so far, one set up in our carport watching all the vehicles, and one set up on the front porch to watch the front walkway, door, and porch. Definitely see me buying a few more in the future. Syncing the cameras with our phones was amazingly easy . Great product!!

For the price these cameras are amazing! Especially at night time. I also like the fact you can turn the alarm off. Which I do during the day when we are outside because if not it will constantly go off. But I highly recommend these cameras

This is the fourth camera purchased from this manufacturer. The good: 1. Installation is straightforward. Download the app, connect the device to Wi-Fi, position the camera for best viewing, and you are done. 2. The app (free) is pretty much bug free and works well on Apple products. I don’t have any direct experience with other platforms. 3. Image clarity is very good as is color rendition. 4. Nigh vision mode is surprisingly good. Of course, its range is limited to about 40 feet or so. 5. You can use the app without monthly charges. If more functionality is desired plans are available to greatly increase the productivity of the devices. 6. The devices can be shared with other users. 7. All my devices were hardwired but I helped a friend install a solar unit and they are happy with its performance. The not so good: 1. An app is required to access the devices. To the best of my knowledge there is no website where these images can be accessed. This makes it unavailable for smart homes. 2. The mounting hardware has gotten less robust over time. The devices were ordered over a space of a year or so. Picture quality is still very good, but the mounting hardware not longer includes the easily adjustable magnetic mounts. What is supplied is sufficient, but just barely so. The device uses a standard ¼-20 screw so fabricating a mount would not be difficult.

These cameras are proving to be a great addition to our home. We have been wanting some for several years, but had never made the purchase. After reading the reviews on Amazon, we decide to bite the bullet and give them a try. The installation and set up were so much easier than I imagined. Thanks for making a great product that the technology challenged can use.
