UPDATE: Battery didnt last a week with settings on low or off. Went from 83% to 35% with only one alert during that day of change. The live only works for 3 seconds also. Not sure if thats a battery issue. Contacted company and will see what they say. I like easy setup. Easy to use app. Works great so far. Took about 10 minutes to set up, activate warranty, picture clear. Lots of features. I bought for free 3 day cloud service for vacation home after hearing neighbor had their tree dropped on my lot by workers without permission. I set it up so I can see the woodpeckers that have bought a hole through the little tree on the left and are nesting in there. They go in and out all day long. My brother can watch it too because I shared a link. You can share this camera with family

Camera quality is good

Great picture. Easy to set up. No batteries. No plugs. Just need to recharge via USB occasionally. Daytime picture has beautiful color nighttime picture has low light sensitivity. Its all I could ask for.

I purchased this camera for monitoring our 3 dogs when we travel and leave them behind in our motor home. We also have a temperature monitor that alerts us by text and email of any temperature changes. This camera requires a WiFi hot spot to operate. We purchased a T-Mobile T-10 Franklin Hot Spot and connected the camera to it. At first, we were not able to obtain image on our cellphone if we were more than 15 away from the motor home. That made this useless. We communicated with the camera company and they gave us some help in trying to resolve the issue. We also contacted T-Mobile various times and not until the last Technical support person we spoke to did the issue get resolved. There are two things you need to make sure of if you are having the same problem as we had. Make sure the camera is set to SD on the video setting, which requires less bandwidth and make sure your WiFi Hot spot is operating and connecting to cell towers nearby in the area you are traveling to or through. In city areas where there is heavy cellular congestion, your WiFi Hot spot will be limited to how much information it can push to the cell tower. In open more rural areas where there is less cellular congestion, the WiFi hot spot will perform better. As for this camera, I highly approve of the performance and the customer support the seller provided.

Good product

I ordered two of these cameras based on reviews. Installation and set up was straightforward and they connected to wifi easily. The daytime function is good but definitely misses motion beyond 20 feet. Nighttime these are useless, the camera in either night mode or otherwise doesn’t sense any motion. Not happy about this since I got these specifically for a backyard at night.

I like the camera, it takes great video and is super sensitive and takes good audio. I do wish the Bluetooth was a bit stronger as it loses signal a bit easy through walls it seems as my router is literally just above through the ceiling but it gets poor signal but my TV which is near it get full bars as does my phone so I dont know. Other than poor signal through walls the camera is great. Do be aware I got some very suspicious scam mail after market stuff from this company after I bought this camera. I received a letter in the mail telling me since I bought the camera that if I write a review and took a screenshot and emailed it to them I would either get $20 cash or 1/2 year of free cloud storage by sharing my shopping experience. It also states not to attach photos of this letter to this review for my account security. This letter is a total scam!! Be aware!! The camera is good though as long as it is near your router and gets a good signal.
