Item came with damaged packaging. For the money I paid and the fact that this was a gift, this is unacceptable!

Everything was great except the figurine box smelled really bad of mold. Like, really bad.

This was a gift for my daughter who collects anime and Japanese items...item was delivered in a timely manner and my daughter was really impressed and excited when she saw it.

I love her so much! She is my first figure and she is absolutely beautiful and amazing! She came in MUCH earlier than expected. Shes not fragile, her hair is beautiful. She is a legitimate figure, not a chinese knock-off. For anyone wondering, Miku performs in this outfit in The Disappearance Of Hatsune Miku

first of all, she is amazing. extremely well packaged, and shipped a few days early! the box had my hero academia on it, which confused me a bit, but i guessed they just used an older box, may be different for others! second, details! the figure overall is stunning, with glossy details and boots. her hair being purple fading into blue is outstanding. her base was scratched (which was my fault, i accidentally dropped it.) but cant even see it on the detolf, which is great! she has a great outfit and i love the fact her nails were painted. so much detail! im so glad this is my 2nd figure of 2021, it was worth it! 3rd, figure/buy overall. it was a good price for the figure, seeing its extremely detailed! the figure is just.. wow. i have no words for her. overall, this was a great buy!

The box was a bit rough, and the tape was yellow, I am guessing it was not stored in the best of conditions. The paint was a bit off with specks and little imperfections here and there, some I was able to wipe off with a wet thumb while others were more permanent. I was really surprised by the quality of it and know its a real official figure based on that, I was worried by the sellers picture being low quality but in person its amazing. The detail on the clothing, waves and ripples eye catching. I just wish the paint was a bit better, but for 60$, it was one of the best quality and best looking figures I bought so far, and got me interested in more figures like it.
