I have repurchased it many times and now I recognize it. It was very sensitive before, but now I am using it and it is no longer sensitive

This is my favorite mineralizing toothpaste, despite being overpriced. One star deducted for being overpriced; another star deducted for side effects. Im not a doctor, but I have discovered that mineralizing toothpastes and mouthwashes can contribute to the formation of salivary stones. Those can be very painful. If you use either product, BE CERTAIN to rinse well enough AND SPIT to prevent the minerals from remaining within your salivary ducts (i.e. beneath your tongue). If they crystalize, those tiny stones can result in swolen salivary glands (i.e. below your jaws, behind your chin) that can be quite painful when you eat, because eating promotes creation of saliva... that then has nowhere to go. OUCH. I now alternate between Sensodyne Repair toothpaste and Hello brand toothpaste (with activated charcoal), and rinse well after either. I have not experienced any salivary stones since adopting those precautionary procedures. Both are good products. I recommend both, as long as those precautionary measures are taken.

I assume I was losing enamel from acid reflux. My next dental appointment was better after my dentist told me to use this. I honestly only use it at night because I use the crest scope heavy mint taste in mornings. But my enamel is still good.

About 15 years ago I had to stop using Crest because everytime I did, I would get these long strings of rubbery mucus on my gums and between my teeth. They would continue to form hours after Id brushed my teeth. When I finally called Crest customer service, they admitted to adding an exfoliant to their formulation. Most toothpastes now have that, including Colgate. I just recently discovered what the ingredient is: Sodium Laurel Sulfate (SLS) and I now have found 2 toothpaste brands without it: Sensodyne Pronamel Intensive Care and Salivea for Dry Mouth treatment. No more annoying and disgusting strings of mucus stck to my teeth and gums.

Great stuff. It seems like this flavor is the only one that works though. Was using a whitening Sensodyne that brought issues back. The right side of my mouth is sensitive, and the dentist wanted to put some type of filling on them to lower sensitivity. I preferred a more conservative option, and this toothpaste always fixes sensitivity in a day or two. Can swish cold water and whatnot in my mouth freely now. A good tip is to not rinse your mouth after brushing. Let the minerals do their work for a bit.

I like this toothpaste because it is SLS-free. About 10-15 years ago I found a post on the internet that someone said to use SLS-free toothpaste to prevent canker sores. This really changed my life for the better. I have been passing this on ever since. There are lots of items that dont have SLS..not just this one. SLS is basically soap.

I have continued to buy Sensodyne Proenamel for quite awhile, because it gives good sensitivity treatment to my tender teeth and gums. I also prefer this brand because its SLS-free, which means it doesnt aggravate tendency to get canker sores in the mouth from SLS products. This brand of Sensodyne comes in a range of pleasant flavors that I like.

There was a couple weeks where I was traveling and I had to use a travel toothpaste while my things were at home. I went to visit my hygienist for a cleaning right after my trip and what a noticeable difference!!! While using this product I have no issue with my sensitivity and the cleanings performed with the scaling tool my dentist uses. Not using this daily that cleaning was so painful! She tried her best to adjust the temperature of the water but eventually they had to give me numbing gel so I could stay in the chair while she got the job done. Haven’t traveled without this product ever since.

Its pretty early to give a complete review, but it seems to do what it says

I was planning an at home teeth whitening that I knew was going to hurt my teeth badly. I bought this and started using it a few days before that process. Then continued to use during and after the process. And I can tell it makes a huge difference in the sensitivity reduction. And had a great flavor. Definitely a great buy.
