Purchased 4 weeks ago - has been used for less than 3 weeks and its already broken.

This was a very expensive backpack, so I expected it to be well built. It’s not. It feels very flimsy and cheap. In fact, the front zipper came completely split. I’ve since fixed it, but not a great first impression.
