Sesame Street Lets Dance Elmo: 12-inch Elmo Toy that Sings and Dances, With 3 Musical Modes, Sesame Street Toy for Kids Ages 18 Months and Up

The toy was fun until literally it stopped moving after a week of using. It now sings, and lights up, but does not dance anymore which is not nearly as good. For a toy this cost, I would think it would be more durable.

Our dude loves this toy! It is adorable! Be prepared to get the songs stuck in your head non-stop, though! Like any other toy!

I bought this for my sons birthday and its adorable for the most part but something is clearly wrong with the dancing mechanism. It sings and lights up but only dances maybe one out of 10 songs it plays. Would return but already took it out of the packaging.

My 14-month old gransdon LOVES this toy!! Makes him laugh out loud and wiggle along with Elmo. As the arms move, the whole Elmo body wiggles -- its really cute and fun to watch! Makes me smile too. My grandson grabs for it every time we enter the room and cant get enough of the music and movements. GREAT TOY!

Has stopped dancing about a month in. Still plays music and every once in a while it will dance. Son still loves it

I was seeking the right toy for my adorable three-year-old nephew who has Down Syndrome and who loves to laugh and learn. The toy had to meet certain criteria: to be educational without being confusing, to be safe, and most of all, to be FUN. This is an incredible toy for many reasons. There are no parts that break off and cause a hazard. Thats MAJOR. Yet its still a barrel of laughs. Elmo resonates with kids because he is known and familiar. This Elmo sings and dances with a bright heart that flashes to the beat. There are three musical modes -- colors, animals and songs -- and each can be activated at the touch of a button. A toddler can just enjoy it or for a slightly older child, there are prompts that cause them to think creatively (for eample, Lets think of other things that are red. Another thing I like is that its convenient -- nothing to assemble. The buttons are intuitively placed and all it needs is four AA batteries. All in all, its the perfect holiday gift for toddlers -- reasonably priced, durable, engaging, motivating, and downright fun!
