These are great to use when machine binding a quilt. Not so great, however, on just seams, in my experience. They’re too clunky for seam sewing. But I just did the binding of a quilt using these and they were great to keep everything in place as I sewed, and I just removed them as I came to them. This was the best job machine binding I’ve ever done on a quilt.

These came as described in the tin. I have not used them yet to know how functional I will find them. The only negative is that they seem smaller than I expected. (That’s on me though.)

These are so useful for my sewing projects. I still use pins for certain applications where clips would not have their job. They are excellent for holding several layers together.

Love the tin they come in. If you sew you need these

These are a Quilters Paradise! For starters, I love the little Tin for storage. You can also clip them to the inside rim of the lid and top of the tin for easy access. They are strong enough to hold multiple layers of pieces together. Straight pins are fine for cutting pieces but they pierce, poke, and scratch my hands all to pieces. These clips eliminate that completely!!! Whoever created these... thank you. I highly recommend them for any type of sewing.

In response to the reviews that were sad about their metal container being a different pattern than advertised, I can tell you that as of February 2020 that I GOT THE BUNNIES AND THEY ARE SUPER CUTE! ....ahem. The actual contents of the box are great quality--- theyre very sturdy! The plastic doesnt feel brittle or flimsy. The clip is a good, firm, solid piece of metal, not a spring or coil... and you get a ton of them, so you can clip to your hearts content. The absolute best part of these though? I have lowered my incidence of pins and needles going MIA in the carpet (I think we all know how those like to turn up later)! Absolute 10/10, and I am planning on sneaking a box of these into every crafty person gift I give this year.

I love the actual product in the tin, but sadly the tin was dented in many areas and the handle to the tin was mashed down. though in a bubble wrap Amazon plastic envelope, it was looking like a used item. I had to reshape the handle and pop out the dent in two places. The tin design is quite cute. I use the actual clips. Help not only in my sewing but keeping items together before filing away. colours are a plus when separating stuff. I would not pay extra for a box that gets damaged in shipping - defeats the purpose of the box.

These are just perfect quilting clips. But can we talk about the container they come in? These bunnies are totally adorable. I confess I picked this one because of the tin, but the clips are fantastic. Used it to put the binder on my quilt.

I love these clips. Theyre great for holding my project pieces together so I can permanently adhere them. I even use them in place of pins when sewing. I will say that after repeated use and with time, some will break. I still like them and will buy more.

We use these to hook pair socks before they go into the hamper. They stay on through the wash cycle, the dryer and we leave them on when the socks go into the drawer. They are probably good for sewing too, but I dont sew.
