Blowing this up is easy! Literally can blow up by mouth. It has a nice sized hole where a toy could sit (nothing with balls) it also works well for lower back pains. I find it worked well stretching. Works great all around and I recommend it for numerous reasons!

I was surprised to find out how easy it was to inflate and that I found it can be used for much more than its intended purpose. Also when deflated it takes up barely any space at all!
