Great filters.

Ive used this system for many years with no issues ... Im still using the original pitcher I bought (10-15) years ago, only needing to buy new filters! I love this system. We can tell were getting near our 80 gallons because we can taste that its not filtering as well. Our water is very chlorinated and tastes so clean and fresh after filtering. It may seem expensive but its worth every penny. We use a filter about every 2 months, so its way cheaper than buying bottled water! I also love that I dont have to deal with those heavy cases of water any longer, not to mention the hundreds of bottles that arent being used now!

I think the Shaklee Get Clean Water filter does an amazing job. I like the taste of the water much better than Brita. I however hated ordering the filters from Shaklees website because the shipping is always so expensive. Amazon free shipping makes the water taste even better. ;) The filters themselves seem to last a very long time. (But it obviously depends on how much water you drink.) Even when the usage guage says its time to replace the filter (after 80 fill-ups), the water still tastes great...it just seems likes it takes a little longer for the water to filter through at the end if its life.

They are all they should be, I enjoy the water & the price of the filters.

After researching, I decided on a Shaklee water filter pitcher because they filter way more contaminants than the common store brands. Each filter is supposed to last about 3 months - and I wouldnt use them any longer than that even tho our city water supply isnt as bad as many big cities. This purchase was a good price. The Clear 2O is also good but you have to leave the connector attached to your faucet all the time.

Some of the filters stop dripping after about 50% use. I thought it was the housing kit but actually is the filter itself. The rate gets slower and slower until it akes about 24 hours to filter 1 pitcher of water! Some filters but not others...i like the quality of the filter. Also installation of the housing kit and filter is a little complicated and I feel like I never get it quite right. Needs simplification!

It worked in my existing pitcher. Nothing like clean water!
