I was skeptical of purchasing this off brand, without a lot of reviews but I am happy that I did. However, I recommend not keeping it plugged in 100% of the time because I have found that the battery does tend to heat up in this scenario. However, when I leave it plugged in and the laptop is powered off, there is no overheating or overcharging at all.

This works just fine for a Lenovo T430. The connector is the right one for this model, and its an after-market power supply, but seems to be pretty good quality. For the price, I expected something cheaply made, but Im surprised that its not. There are several listed (on Amazon) to choose from, and the prices vary by quite a bit, so I feel lucky I got this one - Ill buy another one from this seller if I need one.
