> 24 hourThis was my first plumbing job so I was so timid that it took me a while to install. It worked...no leaks so far. One thing to be cognizant of is that the water has to be off so that you can move the handle to the ON/OPEN position because it blocks one of the mounting screws then move the handle to the OFF/CLOSE position because it blocks the other mounting screw. My pic shows my whole job which was spigot, pex a, angle brackets and shutoff valve. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D6X29TV https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000K6QFSU https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076FY4R71

> 24 hourThis is genuine Sharkbite product. Also, I wanted (and would highly recommend) the drain hole because Im using this for my outdoor hose bib spigot shutoff. Being able to open the drain hole cap allows the water to fully drain out of the spigot. Nice product. I love working with Sharkbite. Worth the extra money.

> 24 hourInstalled in crawlspace on line going to outside faucet so I could drain line for winter. Easy to install and drain line. Best to mount valve on wood to stabilize.
