Sent back was cheaply made bladder was black no go for me needed a clearer carrier. Material wouldn’t hold up to heavy use and it’s too bulky of a design for running long distance. Replaced with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HJTWG36/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 CamelBak and its WAY better-sometimes you really do get what you pay for and the CB was worth the extra.

Loved the color selection! I bought a purple and a pink one for my fiancé and I. We used our new hydration packs at a 3 day festival in Orlando this weekend and they worked great! Bag stays put in the insulated pocket with Velcro loops to secure. No leaks or mess. Nice, comfortable and sturdy. We had plenty of room for phones, keys, gum, hand towels etc. We also found them to be easy to take apart and clean. Love these so much more than our others!

I received my hydration backpack yesterday and of course I had to do a mini test on it. After filling the bladder with water and securing it in the backpack pouch I would have to say that this is a very well built hydration backpack that hopefully will last me quite a bit of time. As for the mouthpiece, it is a little frustrating... when you pull the top open and try to get the water, air leaks in around the piece that moves in and out which makes it almost impossible to get a decent amount of water. I did find a trick though... if you pull the mouthpiece out then move it slightly back in you can sometimes get decent flow without air coming into the system. Id say the design team is 90% to a great quality product but just needs to find a way to seal the air gap.

I received the bag yesterday. The bag itself is great with good durable material. I cleaned the hydration bladder this morning and realized the bladder has a small cut in the material causing it to leak. Due to this I will have to order a replacement bladder.

It doesn’t have a good deal and the first day I went hiking, there was a slow leak. My whole back was wet

Edit to update-the manufacturer reached out to me and is replacing the pack and was very nice. Excellent customer service. It’s a good looking pack and I wanted to like it but the the zipper pull frayed on the first pull and I had a handful of thread. Ok, no big deal. I filled the bladder and it worked fine, no funny plastic taste either! The line is very stiff though. I went out to hike and discovered the chest strap buckle is 2 different sizes that don’t fit together. When the bladder is full, it’s imperative to have the chest buckle strapped on a long hike. Unfortunately I’m returning it.
