> 3 dayAwesome! The insulated pack works great. Just double check the waterline connection to ensure everything is in place to prevent any leaks

> 3 dayBought this bag and the netting on the ripped within the first week of using it. Got it swapped out for another one and I have had it over a month now and it’s held up like a champ. I wear it about 6 hours a day and it keeps the water chill enough by the end of the day. I have the water bladder, JBL Charge 3, P365 with x-mag, wallet, keys and odd and ends like a multi tool. I highly recommend this back pack. It’s comfortable for all day use and it’s proven to hold up as far as durability and comfort goes.

> 3 dayMade from great materials, works as advertise. Have used it 4 times since I purchased it and has worked very well I can not do a long bike ride without having to stop at a gas station for water. Great product for the money.

Greater than one weekMade well. Looks nice, however too large. It looks like a back pack. It’s not narrow as the picture makes it seem. I was looking more for a narrower pack

Greater than one weekThis is a beautiful tactical hydration pack and it is beautifully made, but I am a bit offended that the pack came with the American flag (blue strip for law enforcement, I believe?) upside down. As you can see from the picture I included, the patch is attached in a manner to signal distress, which says to me that a base has fallen or someone is in severe distress. I am sure this is an accident, but if targeting military or law enforcement tied people, it is a bit distasteful. I am sure whoever assembled the bag made a mistake, or if they were foreign, perhaps misinformed, and hopefully not in distress. Hopefully, the individual is okay, either way, I was a bit offended because displaying this flag upside down has a whole different meaning, a serious and somber meaning. Other than the blatant disregard for the amazing country so many of our friends and family have been wounded or died for, just so everyone could have freedom (including my husband who received devastating and lifelong disabling injuries for in his last tour of duty in Iraq. He can never work again, let alone do normal everyday activities you and I take for granted). If my husband (disabled veteran) was offended, I am as well. Other than that, the quality is amazing. Just, please take an extra moment to look over your product and think of the fallen and injured men, women, and the affected families, before you send out a flag in the upside down position. The position (upside down) of the patch may be taken a bit more seriously and disrespectfully to some. Thank you, Page
