The product is the product. The marketing is pretty misleading. This is a Canadian company, has a very nice American flag on the product - saying Designed and Engineering in the USA. Then some tiny tiny letters elsewhere saying Made in china. ugh...

Product works great, is easy to transfer to strop, and leaves my knives with a nice mirrored edge as a final step to my sharpening process. My only complaint is this should be packaged with a bit more padding; the corner of the block was broken on arrival. Does not affect performance, just made a bit of a mess.

Made in USA but California so if you need it get it while you can before the price explodes. This is something that absolutely will skyrocket in price very soon.

Have not used it yet. Arrived quickly. Good size and seems sturdy. My first time using this type of product. Seems like it would last awhile. Bought this one because it was small and least expensive.

Works great, makes blade razor sharp and my strop is green now!

Used with leather strop with my lansky sharpening set. Did a wonderful job polishing the super sharp edge.

It has worked so far
