Love the design of this bag. The shoulder strap comes in handy for the longer walks to and from my car, while the hand straps are convenient for shorter distances. It converts to a backpack, also, but I haven’t yet tried that feature. The bag is not big and bulky. It’s compact and sturdy with a well-padded compartment for people who transport laptops or tablets. Plenty of other compartments for phones, keys, pens, etc. If the bag was one inch wider, I’d give it five stars instead of four. I teach, and with a water bottle in one exterior pocket and my 12 oz. coffee tumbler in the other, it’s difficult to pack folders or a binder in the main compartment. Very happy with this purchase!

So cute, holds a lot all while looking great

Had the bag 38 days, broken zipper and one of the pockets inside has com apart at the seam. Bottom zipper to store the shoulder strap, broke as well.

Love the style and options how to carry it

I used this backpack on a two week trip and it was great - versatile with handy pockets (although a bit heavy). However, one of the backpack straps broke on the first day of a second trip. It was the plastic piece that connects the padded shoulder straps to the adjustable webbing strap.

Great and spacious and I can use it in different ways

My best friend raves about this bag and used it for work at our urgent care. So naturally I bought one. She’s had hers for about a year and it’s in flawless condition. I opened mine on Christmas but I bought it for myself. After looking at it closely it looks poorly put together and not well thought out. I’m so disappointed. It’s such a beautiful bag but the construction looks rushed and just awful. The bag was pretty expensive in my opinion so I’m obviously going to still use it but I’m still upset

This bag is exactly what I was needing to carry all my items to work. It is a little hard for me to carry because of the size, Im only 411, BUT it holds everything I need. LOVE IT so far!

Great bag! Love the shape & capacity to hold laptop and other items . Wore only as a crossbody until the attached link for the strap broke within a year! (purch July2021) :( See photos). Ive been using the handles & backpack straps for the last 5 months. Thank goodness that option is there. BUT... is there away to fix the link? Otherwise a stylish bag. For the price I expected it to last longer.
