Great product replacement but doesn’t come with tool for rivet! Anyone know the name of the tool to use?

Like the part, just like the original. Comes with a one piece rivet. This takes a special tool to fasten rivet. I drilled the holes open to 1/4” used a bolt and nyloc nut instead. Pricey but exact replacement. Thank you for the part I needed.
