> 3 dayI like them. Sound quality is very good (not in ear quality for sure). The app says that the EQ can be adjusted by the app but there is no way to do it that I can find. I sent an email to Shokz about this days ago but no response.

> 3 dayI believe the design is great it feels light. But I truly was disappointed with the sound quality. I believe the size of the driver could produce a little more low end in the frequencies. For the price I think it should have a better sound quality. So if you ask me if I would recommend this to somebody is no because I believe it’s too expensive for not having better sound quality.

> 3 dayAfter hooking up the Aftershock Open Run Pro to my MacBook Pro I found that the headset will not work with my VOIP phone system that I use though my MacBook for work. Every time I use them to make a call or take a call, they instantly and randomly put me in to MUTE mode. It will continue to do this randomly throughout the call. Obviously, this is a no go for work. Very disappointed that this compatibility issue was not listed not the product description.

Greater than one weekThis is the 3rd pair I’ve bought in 2 yrs. Granted the first 2 were aftershokz. 1 pair power button quit working, second pair when I’d get a phone call we’d be talking and then all of a sudden the other person would be like hello, hello and I’m steady talking. 3rd pair, useless, can’t hear anything unless I’m in a dead silent room. With all this being said I wear these everyday 7days a week 10-12hrs a day for work. Really disappointed!!
