> 3 dayThis technology has been a game changer for me. I am always being pulled in two different directions and these help me stay better connected to my phone calls and meetings while still paying attention to whats happening around me. the battery life is excellent, I have them on all day long and unlike traditional ear buds that will hurt your ear channels after a while, these are so comfortable sometimes I forget I have them on. the sound quality is more than what you need for phone calls and is adequate for music, if sound quality is what your looking for than these are not for you, but the versatility of these things is various situations are excellent. My wife took them to the gym 1 time and now she wants to borrow them all the time. So naturally, hers came in today. Now she can be at home running her online business and doing her thing around the house while still being able to keep tabs on the kids in the other rooms. Her and I have 2 completely different uses for them yet we love them just the same! If you are a multitasker, these are hands down for you.

> 3 dayI have purchased the AfterShokz OpenComm headset for video conferencing and other phone calls. I also have 2 other pairs of bone conduction headsets Ive tested out to compare against them and found them to be inferior to the AfterShokz in terms of sound, comfort, and mic performance. I had heard that the company had shortened their name to Shokz and come out with a new headset but I wasnt terribly interested in it because I didnt see how it could truly be better - not because there isnt room for improvement in sound with bone conduction headsets, but because the basic physics seemed to prevent any serious improvement. After all, youre transmitting sound via vibrations to bones. Youre not ever going to get hifi performance that compares against most cheap in-ear or over-ear headphones.
